Leader Europe Provides Waveform Monitors To The ROH

Leader Europe has provided two LV7300 rasterizing waveform monitors to the Royal Opera House (ROH) in London's Covent Garden. They were chosen as part of an extensive UHD/HDR upgrade carried out to the facilities used to relay stage performances for live viewing by cinema audiences in Europe and for distribution to other venues around the world.

AJA Video Systems Now Shipping HDR Image Analyzer

AJA Video Systems is now shipping HDR Image Analyzer 12G, the powerful, real-time HDR and WCG monitoring and analysis platform featuring 12G-SDI connectivity. Developed in partnership with Colorfront, HDR Image Analyzer 12G supports up to 8K/UHD2 HDR monitoring and analysis for high raster content over 12G-SDI, with the simplicity of single-cable connectivity for higher bandwidth workflows.

Apantac Premieres 8K Multiviewer

Apantac has rolled out its latest product at ISE 2020, the MiniDE-4-QUHD 8K multiviewer. The MiniDE-4-QUHD accepts four HDMI 2.0 inputs and four HDMI 2.0 outputs up to 4K at 50 fps, and an output resolution of 7680x4320. It also has two primary modesthe multiviewer mode and video wall processor mode.

ChyronHego implements new functionalities for live sports productions in Paint 8.1

ChyronHego is now shipping Paint 8.1, the newest release of the companys sports analysis and telestration tool. In this update, Paint gives broadcasters the ability to record and play out a multicamera ultra-high-definition (UHD) panoramic video stitch and then manipulate it using full pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) control. H.264 streaming and enhanced remote access and control capabilities are among the other new updates.

dock10 Acquires Leader Waveform Monitor

dock10 has purchased a Leader LV5600 SDI/IP waveform monitor as part of ongoing technical development of the production resources supporting MediaCity UK in Salford. Unit will be integrated into dock10's newly completed UHD HDR live production system, checking incoming camera feeds from multiple studio cameras to ensure uniform alignment and color matching.

Sony launches next-generation 4K HDR picture monitors with TRIMASTER at BSC 2020

Sony will launch a new set of high-grade picture monitors from its TRIMASTER range at this years BSC Expo in London. New 24 and 18.4 PVM-X series achieve 100% colour gamut of the industry-leading BVM-HX310 master monitor and an all-white luminance of 1,000 cd/m2

Dalet has announced Dalet StoreFront, a new SaaS-based solution that enables Dalet customers to create a content marketplace that offers a familiar shopping experience for their B2B clients, partners and affiliates. Dalet StoreFront manages multi-user access to Dalet MAM stored content with advanced search tools to quickly locate assets, filtered to only show relevant materials to a qualified client.

Countryman Phantom Power Supply announced at NAMM

Countryman Associates unveiled its new portable Countryman Phantom Power Supply at Winter NAMM 2020. The Phantom Power Supply is designed with the intention of providing ultra-low noise for clean audio, as well as flexible power options and selectable voltage settings. It can operate on a single 9 V battery, two 9 V batteries for extended life, or a 9 V wall adapter. Selectable 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V voltage output settings allow the Countryman Phantom Power Supply to extend battery life for microphones that dont require 48 V power.
