Videocation Selects Leader's LV7390 Rasterizer

Videocation has purchased a Leader LV7390 multi-standard multiscreen test instrument for integration into a major new studio installation, it has been announced. The LV7390 will be used during the recording and finessing of concert performances by one of Europe's highly acclaimed orchestras. These are being captured in UHD HDR productions for subscribers to the orchestra's video streaming platform.

Fujifilm Introduces UA24x7.8 4K, HDR Broadcast Lens

The Optical Devices Division of Fujifilm has crafted a 220.5mm long, 1.98kg broadcast lens that is capable of supporting 4K production, the UA24x7.8. This new lens features 24x high magnification zoom and covers a focal length from 7.8mm to 187mm. Fujifilm describes it as the “world’s smallest and lightest broadcast lens” for 4K production.
